Anthony Szymanski
Food and Beverage Director
Anthony Szymanski is the Food & Beverage Director of Junto and Bar Kapu, the two independent culinary concepts housed at the Motto Bentonville in Arkansas. Originally from California, Szymanski’s journey in the hospitality industry began over 11 years ago when he relocated to Bentonville. Initially pursuing a career as an EMT/Firefighter, he discovered his true passion for the hospitality industry while working as a server at a restaurant. The supportive leadership and strong sense of community in Bentonville’s hospitality scene solidified his decision to pivot to a career in the industry.
Before joining the Indigo Road Hospitality Group, Szymanski honed his leadership skills as an Operations Manager at Top Golf Memphis, where he successfully managed and oversaw a team of over 250 employees. Prior to that, he served as the Hospitality Manager at Ropeswing Hospitality where he further developed his passion for creating a positive work environment and building team dynamics. Szymanski’s leadership philosophy centers on active listening and building trust, resulting in an inclusive environment where both employees and guests feel valued and empowered.
As the Food & Beverage Director, Szymanski is dedicated to bringing new and elevated dining experiences to Bentonville. He feels privileged by the opportunity to contribute to the city’s growing culinary scene and its ongoing success.
Outside of work, Szymanski can be found enjoying time with his family, exploring local parks with his two young children.
